Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.
- For hygiene reasons, socks and underwear cannot be returned if the sealed packaging has been opened or tampered with.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please contact our Customer Service team at support@phorpi.com within 14 days of receipt.
- In your email, please state your order number and the reason for the return.
- Visual Evidence Requirement: To help us understand the issue (especially for claims of defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we require you to provide clear visual evidence (photos or a short video) of the product in question. This helps us verify the issue and process your return efficiently.
Return Shipping Fee
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If your return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), PHORPI will cover the full cost of the return shipping.
- Change of Mind or Other Reasons: If you are returning the item for other reasons (e.g., “change of mind,” ordering the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Used or Ineligible Items: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the “visual evidence” shows the product has been used, worn, or does not meet our hygiene standards. In such cases, the item will not be refunded, and any costs to return the item to the customer will be their responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
